BUFFALO, N.Y. — It is spring, but it looked and felt more like winter on Wednesday with widespread snow across Western New York.
The snow fell steadily throughout the morning creating some slippery conditions on the road. Plow trucks were out on the highways trying to keep things clear for the morning commute.
Madison Elliott visited the Japanese Garden of Buffalo where things are in bloom but looking rather frosty. Click on the video to check it out.
