A local lawmaker is calling for answers about a deadly crash in Buffalo eight months ago.

Kristin Labruno and A.J. Twentyfive III both died when a Maserati hit a vehicle they were in on Seneca Street on October 27.

Since then, no charges have been filed.

New York State Assemblyman Pat Burke recently wrote a letter to Erie County District Attorney John Flynn.

In the letter, Burke says that by now, investigators should know if the driver of the Maserati was acting recklessly or driving under the influence.

At last update, the Erie County District Attorney's Office was waiting for black box information from the Maserati, which was sent to Italy.
