There is currently a lottery for the general public looking to get tickets to Buffalo Bills training camp practices at St. John Fisher University this July and August.

But Bills season ticket holders got a chance to snag their own training camp tickets early, a process that came with a lot of problems.

Those who were trying to get tickets say Ticketmaster.com was crashing repeatedly.

For those who were able to get to the checkout page, Ticketmaster charged them $3.25 per order for the free tickets. 

According to Ticketmaster Fan Support, that charge was in error.

If you were charged, reach out to Ticketmaster Fan Support and the company will refund those charges.
