Buffalo Bills season ticket holders received emails on Tuesday introducing them to the point person who will be walking them through the new stadium process.

More information has also been released about personal seat licenses (PSLs) that season ticket members inside the new Highmark Stadium will have to purchase. It is a one-time fee that gives season ticket holders ownership of their seats to watch the Bills for 30 years.

According to representatives with the Bills Stadium Experience, season ticket members who opt in for seats inside the new stadium will have options to pay that PSL off.

One is they can pay it up front when locking in those new seats.

Then, there are two payment plan options. The first will allow season ticket holders to pay for their seats monthly, starting with the day they secure them, until November 2026. The second is a 10-year payment plan with interest that will be controlled by M&T Bank.

Spectrum News 1 has learned that club seat members will first be contacted to take part in the new Stadium Experience at the Walker Center in Williamsville to view seating options. Remaining accounts will then be invited based on current seat location and seniority, as more seating options are made available.

The new Highmark Stadium is set to open in time for kickoff of the Bills’ 2026 season.
