The Taste of Buffalo returns to Niagara Square in downtown Buffalo on July 13-14 this summer.

The deadline for restaurants, food trucks and wineries to apply for the 2024 festival is Monday, Feb. 12. Applications can be completed at www.tasteofbuffalo.com.

Tom Mahoney, who has been involved with the event for three decades, will serve as chair of the 2024 event. For the past 10 years, he has managed the festival’s logistics.

“It is an honor to lead this year’s Taste. I’m excited to see people enjoying the delicious and diverse food from our city’s wonderful restaurants on a beautiful Buffalo summer weekend. We have an incredible team that is already working hard on this year’s festival,” said Mahoney. “We welcome and encourage restaurants, food trucks, and wineries of all varieties and sizes to apply to participate.”

The Taste of Buffalo is the nation’s largest two-day food festival. Last year, the event was named in the 2023 USA TODAY 10 Best Readers' Choice travel award contest and also placed first in the Best City Food Festival category.
