It was a joyous Victory Monday. The party at Buffalo Niagara International Airport had certainly come and gone, but the celebration was here and certainly warranted.

"Hey, we want to see all y'all when we get back to Buffalo," announced Bills left tackle Dion Dawkins live on social media. "Flooded!"

Dawkins called and the Bills Mafia answered.

"I'm here because it's true - America's team," said Bills fan David Hoffman. "I'm here to support them when they come back home."

Not quite filling the lot next to the runway where Josh Allen and company de-planed, the fact that anyone showed up after burning the midnight oil was impressive, like Hunter Makosky.

"Got here around, like, 2:30, I think, because we thought it was supposed to be here at 2:30. And we just got here way too early. But that's fine," he said. "I wasn't planning on staying up this late for this. But, you know, I was like, I might as well. It's my first time — my parents are sleeping right now. I don't think they know I'm even here right now. So that's like the funniest thing."

He didn't think he'd be welcoming back the AFC East champs, but then again, there was doubt through the season they'd even be playing next week.

"After that Denver game, I did not expect them to even have a chance even made for us not even like win the division," said Makosky. "Now that they're AFC East champions like now that you see it like when they could be awesome missed the playoffs it's crazy to me."

Hooting, hollering and just seeing the Mafia represented from the airport to South Florida.

"It's just the support of this team. Like, you know, Bills Mafia's everywhere, especially even at the game. You know, like half the stadium was filled with Bills fans," he said.

But the Bills and a loving fanbase made it where the Bills will be this Sunday - home.

"My boyfriend nearly had a heart attack," said Raelen Farszmil, explaining her viewing experience while also noting how a hefty portion of Bills Mafia also felt. "We love the Buffalo Bills. They work hard for what they do and we are happy to support them."
