Buffalo Bills kicker Tyler Bass has been named the AFC Special Teams Player of the Month for September, marking the third time in his career he has won the honor. He is tied with [Kansas City Chiefs quarterback] Patrick Mahomes and [Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker] T.J. Watt for most player of the month honors since 2020.

During September, Bass was perfect on field goal (7/7) and extra point attempts (10/10), converted on both field goal attempts from beyond 50 yards and led all AFC kickers with 31 points. 

Bass previously won player of the month honors in October 2021 and November 2022. 

The Bills take on the Miami Dolphins this Sunday in Orchard Park at 1 p.m.
