AUSTIN, Texas — Adding to his already-growing local legend status, Arch Manning, the University of Texas recruit who grabbed headlines just by deciding to come to Austin, has announced his first NIL (name, image, and likeness) deal.
The partnership with Panini America, a company that makes trading cards, includes a one-of-a-kind signed card that will be auctioned off to benefit St. David's Healthcare and St. David's Foundation, two Austin-area medical charities.
The bid for the card already stands at over $60,000.
Manning, the nephew of NFL legends Peyton and Eli Manning, was one of the most heavily pursued recruits in recent history. He will enter the 2023-24 season as backup to current starter Quinn Ewers.
