BUFFALO, N.Y. — Bills quarterback Josh Allen has been named the AFC Offensive Player of the Week for the eighth time in his career following a dominant performance against the Pittsburgh Steelers that saw him throw for 424 yards and 4 touchdowns in a 38-3 win.
Allen now trails only Jim Kelly (10) for the most player of the week awards in team history.
Allen made history on Sunday, setting the team's all time regulation passing record with 424 yards, which included a franchise record-tying 98-yard touchdown pass to wideout Gabe Davis. Allen compiled a passer rating of 134.1 and added 42 yards rushing as well.
The Bills will head to Kansas City this Sunday to take on the Chiefs at 4:25 p.m.
