FREDONIA, N.Y. — There will soon be a new place to get tested for COVID-19 in Chautauqua County.
Gov. Kathy Hochul announced on Monday that a new testing site is opening up at SUNY Fredonia.
You'll be able to get tested on campus inside Jewett Hall from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. starting this Wednesday.
There are 225 timeslots available per day and officials will allow up to 50 walk-in patients daily.
Right now, there are appointments available until Jan. 24.
The site, which is being operated by Quadrant Biosciences, is only offering oral testing.
