BUFFALO, N.Y. — It's not Thanksgiving Day without it: the 126th annual Turkey Trot!

William Hilbert of Kenmore finished the 8K first, in 24 minutes and 42 seconds.

The race raised more than $300,000 for YMCA Buffalo Niagara.

The organization says the money will help local families in need of financial assistance.
