BUFFALO, N.Y. — ​A new line of craft beer is now available across Western New York and its creator is an Emmy and Golden Globe-winning actor.

Kelsey Grammer, star of the sitcoms “Cheers” and “Frasier” was at the Tops on Elmwood Avenue to meet and greet fans as he introduced the new brews he crafted, Faith American Ale and Faith American Calico Man IPA.

Grammer named the first two adult beverages he created after his daughter Faith. When asked why he decided to come to Buffalo for the launch, Grammer says he has a fond appreciation for the City of Good Neighbors.

"Well, I have always loved Buffalo, but it was also time to open up to the whole state of New York, I mean, it is a big sucker,” he said. “Big whole thing. It's a wonderful state and I had a great time in Buffalo and I always thought I ate a lot of wings here, a long time ago, I am very grateful for it so we're actually going to pull some tap handles at the Anchor Bar."
