BUFFALO, N.Y. — Starting next Monday, Buffalo City Hall will reopen to the public on a walk-in basis.
Masks are still recommended for those that are fully vaccinated but will not be required. Security will be relying on the honor system.
Services you won't need an appointment for include:
- Treasury
- Tax and Assessment
- User Fee
- Parking Violations
- Permit and Inspection Services
- Public Works
- Planning
- Buffalo Urban Renewal Agency
- Civil Service
- Corporation Counsel
- City Clerk
City Hall’s lobby and the inside of the observation deck will also reopen for visitors and tours.
The outer walkway of the observation deck will remain closed for repairs.
Buffalo City Hall will be open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
