EDEN, N.Y. — ​As many of us were left saying ‘aw shucks’ last year when it was canceled due to the pandemic, the Eden Corn Festival is back for 2021.

The 57^th Eden Corn Festival will have a different look, so there will be no parade, no auto show and no corn eating contest.

This is all so the event could meet health and safety guidelines.

But, there will be plenty of food and rides to enjoy.

The Corn Fest will pop back up August 5-8.
