BUFFALO, N.Y. — Advocates are hoping you’ll support local immigrants through food.

It’s all part of the Buffalo Without Borders to-go fundraiser.

The month-long dining series kicked off Monday night and aims to shine a light on diverse immigrant-owned eateries that are struggling to stay open during the pandemic.

Each week, the International Institute of Buffalo will hold an event featuring a different cuisine from the city’s Indian, Polish, Yemeni and Columbian communities.

The next event is next Monday at the Institute of Delaware Avenue.
