CLARENCE, N.Y. — There's another school lawsuit, this time, by a group of parents in the Clarence Central School District demanding full time in-person learning for their kids.
HoganWillig is representing those parents as well as parents on Grand Island.
The lawsuits name the school districts and the state education department, as well as state and local leaders.
The parents argue the districts' decision to just have hybrid learning, instead of full in-person instruction, contributes to stress and mental health issues, and hinders normal growth and development in students.
Spectrum News asked the school districts and others named in the lawsuits for comment.
The state education department says it does not comment on open lawsuits.
There is a similar lawsuit against the Williamsville Central School District.
