Buffalo police are investigating a car crash that led to the death of a 22-year-old woman.
According to police, at around 4 a.m. Sunday, the woman's vehicle hit a tree on the first block of Laurel Street and rolled on its side.
Police say that witnesses at the scene pulled the woman from her car before EMT's arrived.
No other injuries have been reported.
A judge has ordered both sides to meet with a mediator and continue mediation next week in order to keep the pre-trial process on track.
The suit claims that the owners' negligence led to unsafe standards and ultimately the death of 65-year-old Harshad Shah.
In a statement, officials from Paul William Beltz said demolition is underway and will continue over the coming weeks.
Buildings on both sides of the church were evacuated as a precaution.
