The Buffalo police commissioner has suspended an officer and ordered an immediate internal affairs investigation after a video appears to show the officer using a vulgar word toward a woman.

Captain Jeff Rinaldo believes the incident happened Sunday.

The nametag on the officer who appears in the video says “M. DeLong.” Back in May 2014, Spectrum News reported that a Lieutenant Mike DeLong had been suspended for a week because of a verbal threat.
