The game against the Jets on Sunday was not only the last game of the regular season, but the last game of the decade for the Bills.

From the good, like the Bills making the playoffs in 2017 and again this year, to the bad, the Bills Mafia has been there for their team through it all.

“Bills fans 30 years ago were really passionate and they are still exactly the same,” said Ken “Pinto Ron” Johnson. “It could be a two-win season or a 14-win season, the Bills fans are the same."

Fans tailgating on Sunday in Hammer’s Lot shared their favorite moments from the decade.

“When the Bills beat the Patriots in 2011,” said Eric Jongsma, a Bills fan. “That game was the best game I had ever been to.”

Winning the Cowboys game this year,” said Kristin Kimmick, a fan and founder of Bills Mafia Babes. “That was the biggest game we ever had easily in the last decade.”

Getting rid of Rex Ryan. He never put the hours in,” said Eric Matwijow, owner of Hammer’s Lot. “One of the best moments in Bills history.”

“The Thanksgiving game,” said Jessica Buczkowski, a Bills fan. “We were there, we made a name for ourselves, got on the radar and everyone is taking us seriously now. I love it.”

“Probably when the Bills clinched a playoff spot two years ago,” said Matt Hair, a Bills fan.

And fans are even more excited for the next 10 years and the playoffs.

“It feels like the ‘90s when we had four Super Bowl runs,” said Chris Fraser, another Bills fan.

“This is exciting, this is a new era of Bills football and it's amazing,” said Kimmick. “As a fan, this is what we've always waited for. I think there is a lot of momentum. I think we are going to be the new leaders of the division.”
