An act of kindness with a twist from a complete stranger went a long way for a local business owner in Buffalo.
That was the video left on Gabrielle Mattina's phone, along with several selfies.
They were taken by the woman who found her iPhone on a side street in Buffalo. Mattina, the owner of cafe and bar Gypsy Parlor, was shocked when she learned Deborah Powell went out of her way to find her and return the phone.
"I called my phone back and she was like, ‘hey I have your phone.’ She went way out of her way to call all of my friends and it was important because I run my business with my phone and it was a brand new iPhone and I was like, ‘oh my gosh thank you so much.’"
Powell plans on attending karaoke night at the Gypsy Parlor.
