Batavia police are continuing to investigate a bomb threat called in Tuesday to the United Memorial Medical Center.
The medical facility on Bank Street was put under a shelter-in-place and the building was evacuated while police searched it after the threat was received. Police said they found no evidence of a bomb inside the building.
A spokesperson for the Batavia Police Department said the investigation would continue and charges could be filed against the person who made the threatening call.
