A man is seriously hurt after a shooting in Buffalo on Wednesday.
It happened shortly before 5:30 p.m. at the corner of Montgomery and East Eagle Streets.
Investigators say the man was shot multiple times. He was taken to a nearby hospital with serious injuries.
Police have not released information about a possible motive or suspects.
It would give state police and the Erie County Sheriff’s Office the authority to enforce the updated code and the ability to impound vehicles.
