Bills legend and Hall of Famer Jim Kelly is in the hospital again, undergoing yet another surgery.

Jim's daughter, Erin, posted this picture asking for the Bills Mafia to give her dad their best wishes.

Surgery after surgery. Battle after battle. When I can’t fathom how my dad continues to endure, I’m reminded of where his strength comes from... God! The One who is above all and in all. The One who works all things together for good. The One who fights every battle. My dad will be having back surgery this morning. Please pray with us. Doctors are set to operate on Kelly's back in the latest in several surgeries since his cancer returned last year.

An MRI taken last month showed the former Super Bowl quarterback was cancer-free.

He was first diagnosed with the disease in 2013.
