CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- A homeless man who's accused of attacking and exposing himself to a mother and her daughter on Monday is in court today.

Police say 46-year-old Ronnie Carr grabbed the six-year-old at Highland Renaissance Academy in North Charlotte and attacked the girl's mother when she defended her daughter.

Then he exposed himself.

Now, Carr is charged with kidnapping, sexual battery, indecent exposure and assault on a child under 12.
