SAN ANTONIO - A local judge has given a problematic recycling center on San Antonio's east side 20 days to clean up its act.
If it doesn't, Ascent Recycling will be headed back to court.
The City of San Antonio has worked with the owner of the property for more than a year to get it cleaned up.
Neighbors in the Government Hill area say they're fed up with the trash and rats.
Despite the city's efforts, the company's owner hasn't done much to fix the problem.
If they do not comply with the judge's order, they could face penalties and fines.
