BUFFALO, N.Y. -- The City of Buffalo has now seen nine homicides since the start of the New Year.
The most recent incident was Friday night.
Shots rang out near Genesee and Ivy Streets just before 9 p.m.
Police identified the victim as 41-year-old Mario Hayes.
No word yet on any arrests.
