The driver of a car that crashed into a Birnie Bus in Oneida County has been ticketed for speeding.
Deputies responded to the crash on Cavanaugh Road in the town of Marcy around 8:15 Monday morning.
They say the driver, 39-year old Kevin McDonald, crashed his car into the bus when it was stopped at the railroad tracks.
The bus did have its flashing lights activated.
No one was injured, but three passengers were taken to the hospital for evaluation.
