BUFFALO, N.Y. - More than 7,000 people sporting their best afros, polyster suits and bell bottoms were getting into the groove at the World's Largest Disco Saturday night.
The 23rd annual event was held at the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center. The dance is almost always sold out, and this year was no different.
All proceeds go toward the Camp Good Days and Special Times, a not-for-profit organization aimed at helping kids affected by cancer and other diseases.
