CLAYTON, N.Y. -- Outdoor enthusiasts spent Saturday in Clayton for the 39th annual Clayton Gun Show.
About 50 exhibitors showcased and sold a variety of firearms, along with other hunting, fishing and outdoor recreational gear.
The annual show is the biggest fundraiser for the Clayton Rotary Club.
Proceeds are donated to community youth programs around the area, like the hockey club and booster club.
Organizers say this event thrives every year because outdoor sports are well received in the region.
"In this part of the state, outdoor sports are still quite popular and we believe that we have highest quality, friendliest gun show in the area," gun show coordinator Thomas Meely said.
The Clayton Gun Show continues Sunday until 4 p.m.
