EAST AURORA, N.Y. -- Pasquale's Italian Restaurant in East Aurora, like many eateries across Western New York, was geared up Sunday for a chaotic buildup to the game.

"It's the busiest three hours of the restaurant throughout the whole year," said owner Gene Wachala. "We've been prepping all day yesterday, shredding cheese, making sauce, dough, everything. We're ready to go."

Wachala expected Pasquale's, which also has locations in Derby and West Seneca, to sell around 300 pizzas throughout the course of the day.
