BUFFALO, N.Y. -- From now until the end of February, NOCO customers can purchase Code Blue paper snowflakes at any of the 31 NOCO Express stores throughout Western New York.
NOCO will donate up to $10,000 to match the money raised, with all proceeds going to the Buffalo City Mission.
Along with the snowflakes, five stores will have donation bins where customers can drop off hats, gloves or other winter apparel.
