Precision Flow Technologies will close its plant in Ulster, leaving 96 employees out of a job.
The solar energy plant will shut its doors April 29. Economic problems are cited as the reason for the closing.
Precision Flow designs and manufactures equipment for the LED, solar and semiconductor markets, among other high technology industries. The facility is part of Ichor Systems, a manufacturing engineering company.
In 2011, the plant laid off 20 percent of its workforce and blamed a slowdown in one of its divisions.
