TOWN OF HAMBURG, N.Y. -- A Hamburg spa that went out of business is being asked to give back $40,000 worth of gift certificate money to customers.
Attorney General Eric Schneiderman said Hush Day Spa sold gift certificates ranging from $10 to $330 dollars, but didn't keep record of who bought them. The spa on Southwestern Boulevard went out of business in September.
If you bought gift certificates and didn't use them, you can get a refund by submitting a complaint to the attorney general's office. The Buffalo regional office number is 716-853-8404.
The deadline to do so is February 5.
