ROCHESTER, N.Y.-- Friday's warmer temperatures hindered opening day for the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Park Ice Rink at Manhattan Square.
The rink opened for the season at noon, but with 60 degree temperatures, skating conditions weren't ideal.
