NORTH TONAWANDA, N.Y. -- Opening statements began Monday in the Niagara County murder trial of Andre Jenkins. He's accused of killing two Kingsmen Motorcycle Club members last September.
Police say 38-year-old Paul Maue and 31-year-old Daniel Szymanski were shot to death in front of the Kingsmen Motorcycle Club in North Tonawanda.
During a previous hearing it was revealed that a witness who identified Jenkins as the shooter was on drugs when she met him.
The defense also says testing results show Jenkins' D-N-A was not found on a glove that investigators believe was used in the shooting.
