BUFFALO, N.Y. --Visitors to the Buffalo Zoo have a way to beat the traffic this summer. The Zoo
unveiled it's new "zoofari" shuttle this morning.
Starting tomorrow, visitors can park at the Medaille College parking lot and take a *free shuttle to the zoo.
Zoo officials say in the summer of 2013 the zoo parking lot was full about 88 days.
They say this new service will be especially helpful for those that are not as familiar with the city of Buffalo..
"This will be a nice way for anyone from the suburbs to find a safe secure parking lot with a security guard there, and it's free and the shuttle is free" said Donna Fernandes The President and CEO of the Buffalo Zoo.
The shuttles can hold up to 20 people at a time and will operate from 11am to 5pm Friday, Saturday and Sundays through September.
