Walmart Supercenter Opens in Lockport

LOCKPORT, N.Y. -- The ribbon was cut Tuesday on a brand-new Walmart SuperCenter on South Transit Road in Lockport.

Its been ten years since the project was first introduced.

The new Supercenter will replace Lockport's original Walmart, about a quarter mile away.

With more space and a full supermarket, it will employ about 300 people.
