RALEIGH-- One of the largest shopping destinations in the Triangle is kicking off the start to school with its free “Creekside Wined Down” event series. Every other Thursday starting Aug. 17 through Sept. 28, the community can enjoy live music, lawn games and adult brews, all while shopping back to school sales.

And the Aug. 31 ‘Wined Down’ event will feature a special performance from the Love Him Love Them Haitian Orphan Choir. The choir is made up of young Haitian children who lost everything in the Haiti earthquake in 2010 and now live in the LifeSaver Orphanage in Haiti. The special group is helping raise funds to support their orphanage.

Creekside Wined Down - Fall Dates & Bands:

The Creekside Wined Down Fall Concert Series runs from 6:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. at Triangle Town Center. There you can enjoy food and drink from Creekside Cafe vendors, play yard games, enjoy face painting and activities for kids, and even bring out your pets.

And speaking of pets, if you're looking to adopt, animals will be on hand as will Saving Grace NC to answer any of your adoption questions. All beer and wine sales benefit the non-profit animal rescue group. Bringing your lawn chair is encouraged.
