An arrest has been made in a deadly crash that happened in Niagara Falls in July.

Breanna Best, 24, is charged with second-degree vehicular manslaughter, four counts of driving while intoxicated by drugs and alcohol, aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, reckless driving, and several traffic infractions.

Police say Best was driving when the crash happened on July 4 at the intersection of Hyde Park Boulevard and Porter Road. Precious cox was killed and two other passengers were injured.

Best was arraigned and released on non-monetary bail conditions including probation supervision, a GPS monitor, and a curfew.

She is scheduled to return to court on September 16 for a preliminary hearing.
