Police in Niagara Falls have released the name of a man killed in a double shooting on Tuesday.

Investigators say Jonathan Joseph, 22, died after being shot multiple times in the area of 17th Street and Pierce Avenue around 1:30 a.m.

Joseph, who police say had addresses in Niagara Falls and Florida, died after being taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center in a private vehicle. The second victim suffered a gunshot wound to his lower body. He was taken to Erie County Medical Center by ambulance and is expected to survive.

The name of the surviving victim has not been released.

No arrests have been made.
