$1,000 Reward Offered for Information Leading to Kevin Skinner's Arrest

BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Police in Buffalo need your help looking for a man who they say is wanted for criminal possession of a weapon.

Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward for tips leading to Kevin Skinner's arrest.
