A Frewsburg teacher faces accusations he had a sexual relationship with a student.
State police say 39-year-old Steven Hess had inappropriate contact with a 16-year-old on school grounds in Frewsburg between April and May.
Hess is charged with sexual abuse, forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child.
