BUFFALO, N.Y. — A major announcement came Monday morning for one of Buffalo's biggest festivals: The Taste of Buffalo will be an in-person event this summer.
Last year the taste went virtual, offering entertainment online and special take-out deals from restaurants around Western New York.
This summer, things will move back to Niagara Square and Delaware Avenue.
The festival will take place the weekend of July 10-11.
The Taste of Buffalo Board of Directors says it will follow ongoing COVID-19 health restrictions. With that in mind, this year's event will be ticketed to control the crowd.
There will be multiple sessions over the weekend. Details on how to get your tickets will be announced closer to the festival.
