BUFFALO, N.Y. — If you're a foodie, or even if you're not, you know Buffalo has a great and diverse food scene. Now you get to make of those unique foods at Tiny Thai.

Chef Kae Baramee has started Thai dumpling, or Chor Muang (shore moo aung), lessons. It's a specialty dish, once made for royalty and made for sharing. Now Baramee says they're hard to find in Thailand because it takes such a long time to make, which Baramee says takes approximately two hours. She says it's a way to share her culture.

"I wanna share culture with everyone in Buffalo, some people don't know about Thailand. In this one, we share the culture, we share the history," Baramee said.
