The ramp from the Thruway to Interstate 81 North will close for construction for about two weeks starting Monday.
The ramp is the Watertown/Binghamton exit. Both eastbound and westbound ramps will be closed to I-81 North.
The ramps will be closed from 6 a.m. Monday to 3 p.m. Friday. It will close again at 6 a.m. on June 17 until 3 p.m. on June 21.
The Department of Transportation is installing noise barriers along I-81 North as part of the bigger project to redesign the highway through Syracuse.
