The Oneida County Board of Elections finished canvassing previously rejected affidavits in the undecided race for New York's 22nd Congressional District, which was ordered by a judge.
Unofficial numbers from that count give Republican Claudia Tenney an additional 232 votes and Democratic Rep. Anthony Brindisi 139.
The judge has issued an order (see below) ...too much to tweet but we'll break it down on @SPECNewsCNY ... final canvassing is Monday.https://t.co/3lM3pyGvT6

The judge also issued an order on the numerous ballot challenges brought forth by both campaigns.
More than 100 ballots cast at wrong polling places will not count, along with 51 absentee ballots postmarked after November 3.
The judge found that eight ballots were improperly rejected by boards of elections for having extraneous marks, while another ballot with an extraneous mark must be removed as it was improperly counted.
He also said boards of elections must count affidavit ballots cast by qualified people who filed completed voter registration applications on time.
Final canvassing will happen Monday.
