Almost two weeks ago Gary Crandall was brought back to life after suffering a heart attack at Tioga Downs Casino. Crandall was playing black jack before he fainted and fell on the ground.

"I had a heart attack, cardiac arrest," said Gary Crandall.

People in the area heard the loud bang, one of them being Stephen Green. The Poker Room Supervisor and trained EMT found out what was happening, and stepped in to help.

"I went over and when I found Mr. Crandall, unfortunately he had no pulse and he was not breathing," said Green.

Crandall was on the ground with no pulse between two and five minutes.

"They revitalized me. They brought me back to life," said Crandall.

Stephen Green used an AED Defibrilator with the help of other workers to revive Mr. Crandall, and now he has a chance to thank Stephen.

"Believe me; I thank him as much as I can possibly thank anybody in my whole life. He saved me."

Gary is slowly recovering and is doing well. He has a pace maker attached to his chest to help his heart beat properly.
