Authorities continue to investigate a weekend crash that killed a motorcyclist in Otsego County.
It happened at the intersection of State Route 80 and County Route 49 in Edmeston Saturday afternoon.
The sheriff's office says a pickup truck turned left in the path of an oncoming motorcycle, operated by 47-year-old Sean Dill.
Dill tried to avoid the crash, but he was thrown off and hit the truck. He died at the scene.
The driver of the truck, 25-year-old Matthew Anderson, was ticketed for failing to yield the right of way.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
