BINGHAMTON, N.Y. -- A Giant Scale Air Show takes over the Chenango Bridge Airport in Binghamton.

About 100 pilots are flying their planes throughout the weekend.

Pilots wowed spectators with a number of tricks.

Some of the aircrafts are half the size of real planes.

Each year, the air show raises money for a local charity. This year's organization is CHOW.

Many say the airshow is a great way for aircraft-lovers of all ages to enjoy their hobby together and learn from one another.

"The comradery here is that the older guys help the younger guys and vice versa," said Gary Morse, Binghamton Aeros Vice President. "These younger guys have the energy that want to do it. The older guys have the experience. You mix the two and it's fantastic."

The air show is hosted by the Binghamton Aeros.

This year marked 32 years of the air show.
