SPECTRUM NEWS VIDEO: Every year, the New York State Police Academy honors the men and women who gave their lives while serving others. Four men were remembered this year. Three died within the last year, and another died in 2011, but his cancer is just now being attributed to his service following the terrorist attack of Sept. 11, 2001. As troopers honored these men, they kept Trooper Craig Foglia in their thoughts. He's at Strong Memorial Hospital in critical condition after being hit by a driver from behind during a traffic stop in Steuben County.
